Terms & Conditions

-Most products carried by EcoHome Supplies Inc. are shipped from Europe. All products are shipped by marine containers from our suppliers in Europe unless they are available in our local suppliers’ warehouse. EcoHome Supplies Inc. does not and cannot estimate or control marine container/s delays, including any port of entry / customs delays that could lead to an even longer wait period to receive goods. Estimated lead time to receive order is between three to five months from the date order is placed. EcoHome Supplies Inc. does not and cannot control or guarantee exact delivery time from manufacturer to our warehouse or to our customer/s.

- Customer must review quote and item/s in quote with EcoHome Supplies Inc. representative/s to ensure all items purchased are per customer request. Once the review is completed and agreed upon, customer can accept quotes by either signing or sending an acceptance email to EcoHome Supplies Inc. representative/s.
- All windows, sliding doors, interior and exterior doors come with standard hardware as per manufacturer specifications. Any special hardware such as child safety locks or safety metal bars must be requested by the customer at the time of purchase for an additional cost to the customer. EcoHome Supplies Inc. cannot guarantee that such specialized hardware is always available from the manufacturer and is the customer’s responsibility to purchase such hardware from other suppliers.
- All kitchen cabinets are considered custom orders and customers must accept and agree to all designs, colors, measurements, and hardware used to build these cabinets. Once an order is submitted to the manufacturer, the customer has 24 hours to request minor adjustments to the order. The 50% deposit is not refundable after 24 hours from the time the quote has been accepted and signed by customer.

- A 50% deposit of the subtotal amount is required on all orders. Deposits are not refundable after 24 hours from the time the quote was signed and accepted by the customer.

-Customer, customer contractor or customer architect is responsible to provide all correct sizes, measurements, colors, and rough opening details to EcoHome Supplies Inc. for any product that requires such details. EcoHome Supplies Inc. will check and confirm with the customer, customer contractor or customer architect all measurements and product details before the order is placed. Once all parties agree that the requested items are as per customer specifications and needs, the order is placed.

-EcoHome Supplies Inc. does not offer installation services for any of the items sold. It is entirely up to the customer to coordinate all installations and timing with either the recommended installer/s or their own installer. EcoHome Supplies Inc. DOES NOT Guarantee subcontractor/s or installer work and is NOT responsible for any issues that could arise due to subcontractor/s or installer’s workmanship.

-Delivery of item/s to customer home, apartment or place of business is not included in the quote unless otherwise specified in the written quote.

-Payments to EcoHome Supplies Inc. can be made in the form of a cashier’s check, personal check, business check or by credit card. For all credit card transactions, a 3.6% credit card fee is applied. For any returned personal or business check/s due to insufficient funds, a $35.00 fee per returned check is applied to your invoice.

-Once item/s arrives at our warehouse and before they are being picked-up or delivered to your place of business, house or apartment, a full payment on the remaining balance is required to release merchandise. Payment can be made to EcoHome Supplies Inc. in any of the payment forms listed above.
- EcoHome Supplies Inc. or its representatives should not be held responsible for any safety issues or safety situations that might arise involving products resold by us!
- At time of merchandise pickup or delivery, customer must check contents in its entirety, inspect for any damages or any defects such as size, dents, broken glass, etc, and inform EcoHome Supplies Inc representatives of any issues found. EcoHome Supplies Inc. works directly with the manufacturer/s or local distributors to replace any defective or missing parts. Once merchandise is inspected and accepted by the customer, the sale becomes final, and EcoHome Supplies Inc is no longer responsible for any issues found with the product/s afterwards.




I (the customer), _______________________________________ agree and accept all products listed on this quote, have read, and accepted all Terms & Conditions, I accept all risks associated with the products ordered and I give permission to EcoHome Supplies Inc. and its representative/s to place the order with the manufacturer on my behalf.
